This Privacy Policy explains how DGY VPN (the 'Service', 'we', or 'us') collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when providing mobile and desktop application services. The Service is provided as is, and we process data only within necessary service boundaries.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system version, client version, connection status, error logs, in-app paths, and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes, DGY VPN may process approximate regional information. This data is used for: 1. node recommendation based on region and network quality; 2. performance optimization through anonymized aggregate diagnostics; 3. service notices related to accounts, security, maintenance, or subscriptions.

We only transmit anonymized or aggregated technical data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase crash analysis, for client stability, payment, distribution, and troubleshooting. Except for legal process, regulatory requirements, user or platform safety, or service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, we do not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties. You may stop new client-side collection by uninstalling the App.

User-provided data is retained during the account term and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel an account, delete profile data, or ask about data processing, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The Service is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such data was collected by mistake, we will take steps to delete it. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and reasonable physical and electronic safeguards.

This Privacy Policy may be updated because of legal requirements, product changes, or operational adjustments. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after publication of changes means you accept the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
