Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and DGY VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, accessing, and using the mobile and desktop acceleration application (the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, resell, rent, or create derivative versions of the App, related trademarks, content, or interfaces without authorization. The App and related intellectual property are owned by the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, nodes, plans, or prices and will communicate material changes where reasonable. Users are responsible for device, account, and credential security; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted plugins may create service or security risks.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use may also be subject to those providers' respective terms and privacy policies.

Service availability depends on network quality, device status, carrier routes, and platform policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device service, data caps, weak signal, system settings, third-party platform changes, or local network restrictions. Use outside Wi-Fi or during roaming may generate mobile data or roaming charges, which are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use and must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules. We work to provide accurate route status, client updates, and support information, but we do not guarantee that every node, region, or platform will be available at all times. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when needed. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service as permitted by law and this agreement. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing DGY VPN. Before purchasing or subscribing, please review this refund policy and evaluate the free trial, plan rights, and device compatibility.

Non-Refund Policy: Except where required by law or explicitly stated by the platform, software subscriptions, license keys, and digital services are final once delivered and are generally non-refundable.

Product Evaluation: We encourage users to test the free version, trial allowance, and public setup guides before purchase to confirm the service fits their network and usage needs.

Customer Support: If you experience connection, account, payment, or client issues, contact support first so we can help diagnose and provide next steps.

Technical Issues: Some network or device conditions may affect service. We will work to resolve issues or provide alternatives, but a single node, region, or third-party platform being unavailable does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital rights are shared, resold, abused, or used in violation of this agreement.

Policy Changes: We may update this refund policy for operational, legal, or platform reasons. Updates take effect upon publication unless law requires otherwise.

By purchasing and using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refund policy.
